Yummy 2 Recipe-Pancake

Yes, you read right. Just 2 recipes! No milk, no butter, no problem!

Ok so, I love bananas, and there are days that I just want to do more than just eating them like that without a little twist. Then I bumped into this quick whip and I'd love to share.  

Now this yummy goodness are good for not just you, but your little 10 month-olds, toddlers and hubby....wink wink.

You need:
2 big ripe bananas - mashed (if banana is too hard and you can't mash, then lightly blend)
2 eggs

Here's how:
Heat your (preferably non-stick) pan; beat both ingredients together and fry for 1 minute, turning both sides till golden brown, and....voila! You're good to go!

For the days when you don't have the luxury of time and all those other pancake ingredients...

PS: you could add milk to yours, but it's best to avoid milk if you'll give your little baby or toddler will eat because of the allergens in milk. And you could go a step further by adding almond butter or just some salted better. Your choice.
